The cuvée : Here is the beautiful Champagne Grand Cru of the house which is composed of Chardonnay from Cramant, Chouilly, Avize, Oger and Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger, a terroir with limestone soil, renowned for the exceptional quality of its grapes.
Vinification : In thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks and in 228 liter barrels.
Dosage : Extra-brut at 5 g/L.
Tasting : A nose with beautiful notes of white flowers and a mouth with delicious aromas of lemon and grapefruit.
