Parcel selection, blend of 60% grenache, 40% syrah. Traditional vinification in concrete vats, ageing 18-24 months in oak barrels. Finesse and complexity blend together to offer an aromatic blend of black fruits and spices, with great length on the palate. A wine that gives a lot of pleasure in its early youth, with the potential to keep for about 15 years.
