- 50% white Grenache, 30% Marsanne, 20% Roussanne. Vines are on average 40 years old. Yields of 40hl/ha.
- Hand picked, vinification and maturing in vats.
- A very expressive wine on the nose as well as on the fruit on the palate. The mouth is carried by a nice fatness, which combined with the natural acidity, gives it a very special length.
