THE DOMAIN TELLS YOU ABOUT IT
This cuvée was created in 1999 by Alain Voge with the friendly help of the late Daniel Denis, a sommelier from Lyon and a great ambassador of Rhône Valley wines. The Crussol massif, which gave its name to the cuvée, is very important for the Saint-Péray AOC because it provides the limestone elements that are essential for the production of great white wines.
TERROIR
The oldest vines of the estate and of the appellation, 80 years old, located in the cradle of the appellation above the village of Saint-Péray.
This granitic hillside mixed with calcareous colluviums faces south-east. It faces the Château de Crussol and the limestone massif of the same name.
