Amélie and Charles Sparr's Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Mambourg ‘Passion’ is an exceptional wine from the prestigious Mambourg terroir, located near Sigolsheim in Alsace. This terroir, known for its south-facing marl-limestone soil, favours optimum ripening of the grapes, giving rise to a complex, powerful wine.
The ‘Passion’ cuvée takes its name from the winemakers' commitment to excellence and aromatic intensity, evoking a passion both for their craft and for passing on the authenticity of Alsace. This wine seduces with its opulent bouquet combining exotic fruits, lychee, sweet spices and a touch of honey, while offering a generous, full and perfectly balanced palate, ideal for sophisticated gastronomic pairings.
