CHARACTERISTICS
This Condrieu with its golden yellow colour is a tasty combination of elegance and power. This strong character comes from the exceptional exposure of its hillside and the age of its vines. Its bouquet composed of citrus fruits, violets and peach-apricot gives it an ample and rich palate, with always that hint of acidity that brings this wine to keep.
TASTING
This wine can be enjoyed within 3 to 10 years after its maturing, at a temperature of about 12-14 degrees. It is advisable to decant it before serving: it will then offer its full richness more quickly. It will go wonderfully well with foie gras, poularde à la crème or shellfish such as lobster and langoustine.
