The Château Angelus is ideal to accompany all types of classic meat dishes: veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, roasted, braised and grilled dishes. The Château Angelus is also good when combined with Asian dishes, rich fish dishes such as tuna, mushrooms and pasta.
