Morgon Château Gaillard 2021 - Louis Claude Desvignes

The Morgon Chateau Gaillard comes from a one hectare plot of old vines of massal selection located in the Douby climate and in its first year of organic certification. It comes out of the glass with aromas of cherries, raspberries, plums and spices. It's medium-bodied, lively and concentrated, with ripe but youthfully chewy tannins and a long, sapid finish. It is an excellent complement to the estate's range of Morgon wines, which are particularly suited to aging.
