Tasted by William Kelley on August 19, 2021 : "The 2020 Morgon Les Delys Vignes planted in 1926 shows beautifully, unfolding in the glass with notes of cherries and raspberries intermixed with hints of licorice, sweet soil and cracked pepper. It is fleshy and concentrated, with a chassis of rich tannins and a generous core of fruit girded by the brighter acids that distinguished the 2019 or 2018 renditions. It is therefore a little more reserved than previous vintages, and will require some patience.
