GRAPE VARIETIES
A blend between our conservatory of grape varieties and one of our mother parcels, both planted with the 13 grape varieties of the appellation, without one predominating.
VINIFICATION & MATURING
Hand-picked and sorted, co-fermentation, long vatting allowing a delicate extraction. Aged for 24 months in foudres, ageing in bottle.
TASTING
Combining a deep and brilliant colour with delicate and complex notes that are gradually released, Gran Partita is the fruit of our constant search for finesse and balance. A singular wine with a strong identity.
