Fabrice Gripa continues his father's work in the only estate in Mauves that produces as many whites as reds. The whites are distinguished in four vintages: two Saint-Péry and two Saint-Joseph. In Saint-Péray, Les Figuiers is a brand mainly produced with vines from the Putiers area. Its original acidity comes from its limestone soil, and from the blend of 70% Roussanne, vinified and aged in barrels (15% new). Les Pins (80 % marsanne), vinified in vats, is fruitier, direct, to be drunk young.

In Saint-Joseph, alongside the classic cuvée, Le Berceau is a pure marsanne, planted in 1920 on the Tournon hillside, which has kept 50% of the original vines. A warm but well irrigated area.

After fifteen years, this cuvée has reached its "secondary level", as Fabrice Gripa explains. It then explores a universe of toasted reduction, noble, with a spicy tension, and takes on magnificent truffle accents in acidic vintages (1996, 1980). The Saint-Joseph reds are compact, tight and expressive, combining without softness or heaviness a full body with a tasty aromatic palette.
