Vinification and maturing: The grapes are hand-picked. The whole grapes are pressed slowly, then the settling takes place 24 hours later. The juices are then vinified in 228 litre oak barrels. After alcoholic fermentation, the wines are aged on fine lees until the end of the malolactic fermentation. Bottling takes place the following year in September.
History : Produced from our oldest vines located on the hillside of "Saint - Joseph", in the commune of Tournon, this exceptional cuvée gives fat and concentrated wines with aromas of apricot and white flowers.
