Tasted by JS in 2023 - “This wine has a beautiful copper color and aromas of cloves, spiced apples, raspberries, gingerbread and pastries. Delicious yeast and spice notes. Excellent density and concentration, with fine, firm bubbles, yet light on its feet and so fresh. Long, chalky and salty finish. Chardonnay and pinot noir. Dosage 3.8 g/l. Drink or cellar.”

This exceptional Chardonnay reveals a racy elegance, characterised by its minerality and remarkable precision. Its natural balance offers a harmonious model, made from the best parcels of the Côte des Blancs Grands Crus, notably Cramant and Chouilly for their finesse, and Mesnil-sur-Oger for their structure and longevity. This pure, intense Grand Blanc de Blancs stands out for its perfect uprightness, magnificently combined with a low dosage. Its potential and balance are reflected in its remarkable finesse, worthy of the most exquisite pairings, such as Corrèze veal sweetbreads en cocotte, Brittany abalone and samphire mushrooms.
