- The Boisson-Vadot estate, located in Meursault, is one of those hidden nuggets that will delight all the greatest lovers of good vintage wines and in search of beautiful discoveries. This domain is now more known under the name of : Pierre Boisson and Anne Boisson. A rising domain, which was still very little known recently. The great quality of the wines and the work of the terroir have made it famous. Sparkling wines, which perfectly define all the precision and depth that a great Burgundy wine can have.
- Tasting note: The Meursault de Pierre Boisson is beautiful. The wine unfolds in the glass with a pure bouquet of citrus zest, candied lemon, oatmeal and custard. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, elegantly bright and vibrant, with succulent acids, balanced, and a long, well defined finish. Concentrated and full of energy, it has a great future ahead of it.
- Garde : Can be drunk now or kept for 15 years.
