- Presentation : The Boisson-Vadot estate, located in Meursault, is one of those hidden treasures that will delight all the greatest lovers of good vintage wines and those in search of beautiful discoveries. This domain is now more known under the name of : Pierre Boisson and Anne Boisson. A rising domain, which was still very little known recently. The great quality of the wines and the work of the terroir have made it famous. Sparkling wines, which perfectly define all the precision and depth that a great Burgundy wine can have.
- Tasting note: The Meursault Sous la Velle reveals inviting aromas of fresh pear and white flowers, complemented by notes of oat flakes and marzipan. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, layered and well concentrated, with lively acids and a charming, satiny profile.
