On the palate, it offers a silky texture with melted tannins, and beautiful aromatic persistence.
Aging & Service :
At full maturity, this vintage should be enjoyed quickly to benefit from its finesse.It should be decanted gently to remove deposits and served at 16-18°C.A perfect accompaniment to roast game or fillet of beef.
