Bourgogne 2016 - David Duband
Grape variety: Pinot noir
Tasting: A rich and generous wine. It offers aromas of cherries, red fruits and plums, framed by a touch of toasted oak. On the palate, it is fleshy and greedy, balanced by lively acids. David Duband has been practicing organic farming since 2006 and, the oak has been used more judiciously than in the past, and the classic style of the wines goes well with someone who is clearly a talented winemaker.
Characteristics: red fruit, roundness, lightness.
Food and wine pairing: A wine that is best drunk as an aperitif; charcuterie and cheese will go perfectly with this Pinot Noir based wine.
