Tasting:
This gastronomic wine is distinguished by its volume and structure, with a lively but harmonious finish, marked by aromas of fresh fruit (white peach, citrus) and a slight minerality. Although recommended after two years of storage, it has an aging potential of up to 10 years.

- 50% very ripe gros manseng
- 35% petit manseng
- 15% petit courbu and camaralet

Concerning the vine, its management is done with gardening attention, multiplying manual interventions to support growth while reducing sensitivity to diseases. Herbal teas are used in addition to Bordeaux mixture and sulfur, allowing parasitic diseases to be kept under control. Patient and respectful practices, in the vineyard as in the cellar, guarantee the sincerity of the fruit and the wine.
