- 100% CARIGNAN : Nimalaya is the fruit of a friendship, of a common work but also of the expression of a terroir year after year on a grape variety, the old Carignan, sublimated by the patina of time. This cuvée carries the history of nearly 60 years of viticulture but also the jubilation of a common project. Through this emblematic grape variety, Carignan, the winegrowers pay tribute to their region, to the ancestral know-how of these men who, with determination and passion, have shaped their cultural landscape.
TERROIR AND SERVICE
- Located in the communes of Montpeyroux and Saint-Saturnin. The soil is clay and limestone. Facing south, the vines benefit from an optimal exposure allowing them to reach a perfect maturity while preserving their freshness and the finesse of the tannins. Meticulously selected, the grapes are harvested by hand in early October.
- Open the bottle 2 to 3 hours before drinking. Best drunk after 5 to 10 years in the cellar.
