- Tasted on March 16, 2021 by J.S: "Blackberries with some black tea and perfume. Powerful with fine, dusty tannins and a seamless texture. Very long and consistent. Fermented 60% whole cluster and 14 months in oak. A gorgeous, tactile wine. Drink now, but better in three or four years."
WINE DESCRIPTION
Fortuna Terrae means luck of the land in Latin. The deep loamy soils are home to many varieties of native grasses that prevent erosion and attract beneficial insects, songbirds and mountain foxes. Thanks to the freshness conferred by the deep soils and high altitude, Fortuna Terrae wines have optimal acidity and delicate floral aromas. This wine is best enjoyed a few years or decades after the harvest.
