Discover this exceptional Blanc de Noirs champagne, a limited edition of just 5000 bottles. This organic champagne is made from 100% Pinot Noir Grand Cru grapes from the prestigious Montagne de Reims.
TECHNICAL DATA :
The grapes are hand-picked from the old Ambonnay Grand Cru vines, which are on average 55 years old. The wine is aged entirely in oak barrels, giving the champagne a lovely roundness. No dosage is added, preserving the wine's purity, liveliness and freshness.
This Brut Nature champagne reveals notes of ripe fruit, bringing richness and fullness to the palate. You can also leave it to develop its aromas for a further 3 to 5 years. It goes perfectly with a seafood platter, poularde au vin jaune or cheese.
