- NON DOSED CHAMPAGNE: This Pureté Champagne, without any dosage at disgorgement, is distinguished by its simplicity and authenticity. The detail and the straightness of this Champagne are impressive of precision.

- TERROIR : Cumières

- BLENDING : Meunier, Pinot noir and Chardonnay.

- VINIFICATION : Manual harvest with sorting. Traditional Coquard press. Vinification by parcel in thermo-regulated enamelled steel vats. Reserve wine kept in oak tuns and concrete vats. Malolactic fermentation not sought after.

- TASTING : The pure expression of the miller delivers its fruitiness and roundness with the finesse and elegance of the accompanying grapes.

The perfect ripeness of the grapes gives this brut nature an iodized, spicy and smooth side punctuated with a pleasant freshness.
