Vinification :
Geoffroy is known for its respect for the terroir and its artisanal approach. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand to preserve their quality. Vinification is carried out in the traditional way, with ageing often in oak barrels to bring out the full flavours while adding structure and depth.
Tasting notes :
Colour: Bright red with ruby highlights.
Nose: Expressive, offering aromas of red fruit such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by spicy and sometimes slightly woody notes.
Palate: Elegant and structured, with fine tannins, lovely freshness and remarkable persistence.
