JACQUESSON's 2014 Champagne Dizy Corne Bautray, from an exceptional plot in premier cru, is a Blanc de Blancs with very low dosage (0.5 g/l) and great quality. The 2014 harvest boasts a remarkable balance between alcohol and acidity.
The bubbles are of rare finesse, and this 100% Chardonnay, both elegant and powerful, offers a length on the palate that makes it an ideal companion for refined meals.
These precious bottles of Champagne Dizy Corne Bautray 2014 were disgorged in February 2024.

"We're on a high, sloping hillside terroir, facing southwest, with clay soil scattered with millstone pebbles on Campanian chalk. The 9,000 Chardonnay vines, planted on 1 hectare in 1960, are pruned in the Chablis style."

"On opening, this magnificent Champagne reveals aromas of honey, dried white flowers, nougat, yellow apple, fresh peach and walnut. It stands out for its vinous style, beautiful depth, ripe, racy acids, and slightly chalky aftertaste."
