‘This wine has wonderfully pure fruit aromas of peach, Asian pear and golden apple, as well as lemon curd, gingerbread, chalk and jasmine. Rock salt and oyster shells follow on the palate, which is so seamless that you barely notice the superfine bubbles. It is both concentrated and smooth, with impressive resolution and integration of all the components. The very long finish is salty and creamy. Fantastic! 58% pinot noir and 42% chardonnay.
