Tasting:
Golden gilt robe. Nose of freshly pressed black grapes, red and white fruits and citrus fruits. Ample mouth of vine peach pulp and aromatic herbs. Small spicy notes on the finish. A fine and taut Champagne of great purity.
Serving suggestions:
Ideal as an aperitif. Accompanies perfectly the seafood, sashimi, a veal tartar or a fresh goat's cheese. Serve at 7°c.
