Tasting:
Very fine nose, on citrus fruits, apple, almond and nutmeg. Once in the mouth, the Cuvée Charles de Gaulle is of a very high quality. remarkable complexity, with an airy mousse and slightly candied notes
Service :
Ideal as an aperitif. Pheasant hen stuffed with foie gras, salad mesclun with goads roasted guinea fowl, Brie de Meaux. Serve at 8°c
