The Domaine tells you about it : Intense bouquet, aromas of red fruits. The expression of Pinot Noir: This is one of the few houses to produce rosé Champagne by bleeding. A few days of maceration give this cuvée a deep colour, marked by the Pinot Noir.
The nose reveals notes of red fruit and violet with a hint of spice. The palate is remarkably expressive and fresh with a subtle note of liquorice on the finish.
