A golden colour with copper highlights, adorned with fine bubbles that sparkle delicately.
Nose: Elegant, revealing aromas of cocoa, caramel and chocolate, evolving towards earth and truffle.
On the palate: Notes of oxidation bring hints of spice, roasted coffee, candied fruit and candied melon. The rich, complex nose reveals toasty, roasted nuances, accompanied by citrus fruits such as bergamot, lemon and orange zest. The structure blossoms, adding to the aromatic complexity without dominating it.
