Tasted Dec. 15, 2021: "A toasty rosé champagne, rich with notes of coffee liqueur and toasted nuts, but framed by chiseled acidity that focuses the range of flavors, including cooked raspberry, nectarine, candied ginger and verbena. Long and creamy, with a finely detailed mousse. Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Disgorged in 2020. Drink now through 2026." AN
