A textured, pure and precise red with aromas of cherries, wild berries, dried roses, wet stones and sweet spices. Medium-bodied, with finely grained tannins and fresh acidity. It has plenty of verve and class, with bright red fruit character and a floral dimension. Spices add energy and verve. It's infused but intense, with a restrained character. Chiseled and refined, with a long, silky finish and a spicy accent. Unfiltered. To be tried after 2027.
