Moulis - Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel
Make no mistake, the 1989 Chasse-Spleen is the best wine produced by this estate since their great 1949. It is a spectacular example, rich, powerful, and could compete with some of the greatest wines in the world château of Bordeaux in this vintage. Fruit layer: blackcurrant, concentrated, sweet and expansive. It is wrapped in new oak, toasty notes and decent acidity. A great wine! This wine is ready to drink!
