Grape variety : Chardonnay 100% - Average age : 40 years. Yield control; environmentally friendly cultivation; ploughing; manual harvesting.
TASTING
Elegant wine with expressive floral aromas. The mouth is rich and greedy, without losing any of its aromatic finesse. The finish is mineral and precise.
STORAGE
The best time to drink this wine depends on the natural acidity of the vintage. In great years, our Pouilly-Fuissé 'Vignes Blanches' can be kept for more than ten years.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
Serve between 12° and 15°C in beautiful crystal glasses. The agreement is to be sought with scallops, fish in sauce or grilled, poultry, quenelles and of course goat cheese from the Mâconnais.
