Ideally exposed, the terroirs of Negly and Boède are distinguished by the diversity of their soils. Indeed, Boède sandy-silt and sandstone, Négly clay-limestone give the wines from these vineyards a wide range of aromas.
The vineyard extends over 50 hectares and that of Boède over 25. In order to make the most of this one, Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre have replaced Aramon, Terret and Carignan Blanc. The harvesting machine has given way to secateurs and crates.
Bastien Paux-Rosset, in charge of cultivation, runs these vineyards which extend over 75 hectares. The method of culture raisonnée adapts perfectly to our quality requirements.
