See you in the tropics during the tasting of this Yquem 2003! Notes of mango, papaya and pineapple with a hint of marmalade. Long and very caressing to the end, but never heady or overwhelming, the accents of orange fruit paste, ginger and sung almond give precision and precision. This great wine shows all the warmth of the vintage, while retaining energy and dynamism. Impressive.
