Château de Beaucastel White 2019
Chateauneuf du pape - Famille Perrin
95/100 Jeb Dunnuck
The 2019 vintage: The years in 9 regularly mark the memory of the wine growers and this one does not seem to be an exception to the rule. After an early budburst at the beginning of April, the flowering was progressive and took place in good conditions in all the vineyards. Then a scorching summer began at the end of June, which the vines resisted valiantly: they suffered little from water stress, thanks in particular to the camomile tea sprayed on the vegetation to
cope with the heat. In the end, the harvest took place as usual, without any particular precociousness. The wines are full of promise for a vintage in 9 born, once again, under a good star.
