Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2018 Colombis - Isabel Ferrando
Much more elegant than the recently bottled 2017, the 2018 Châteauneuf du Pape Colombis exhibits aromas and flavors of almost crystalline red berries, accented by notes of aniseed, ground allspice, and orange zest. Full-bodied and silky, it's a beauty in the making, with a fine bone structure that supports a succulent, well-toned flesh.
