‘Evoking aromas of flowers, peony, rose, lilac and iris mingled with delicate blackberry notes, the Echalas 2022, aged 18 months in barrel, has a fairly full-bodied, satiny, even palate, with a creamy texture and an incisive mid-palate. The finish is saline and penetrating. This is a real success story that could age beautifully over the next decade.
