Corse Figari Rosé 2021 - Clos Canarelli
- Label : Biodynamic cultivation since 2006. Certified Ecocert (Organic) since 2002.
- Terroir : Clay-granitic soils. The vineyard is exposed South/North-West. Good climatic conditions; warm and exposed to the wind.
- Yield : 40 hl/ha
- Vinification : No destemming / Fermentation with an indigenous yeast strain. Manual harvest with sorting table.
- Maturing in vats, filtration and fining by natural clarification
- Ideal serving : Between 9 and 11 °C.
- Pairings : Piece of beef; Corsican charcuterie platter, Grilled meat, lamb.
- Blend of several grape varieties: sciaccarellu (50%), niellucciu (30%) and grenache (20%). Fine and delicate nose, of small red fruits and spices.
- Garde : To drink in the first 2/3 years.
- Alcohol content : 13,5
