CUVÉE STYLE:
"Passat Minor" is a blend of grape varieties typical of the region, including Grenache, Syrah and Carignan. This wine is aged in oak barrels for between 12 and 16 months, giving it a certain complexity and woody aromas. This is a powerful, concentrated red wine. It has a dark, intense color and a complex, seductive aromatic bouquet.
- On the nose, aromas of ripe black fruits such as blackberry, black cherry and plum are accompanied by spicy notes and hints of licorice. Notes of vanilla, cocoa and coffee from oak ageing may also be present.
- On the palate, it offers a fine tannic structure, with well-integrated tannins giving it a velvety texture. The wine has a good concentration of fruit, with a dominant of black fruits, as well as a pleasant freshness that gives it balance. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a pleasant imprint on the palate.
- Passat Minor is a wine that can be enjoyed young, but also has good ageing potential. It goes perfectly with red meat dishes, roasts, game and mature cheeses.
