Have you heard of this cult wine? Joliette is a tiny 1.5 hectare vineyard in La Chapelle de Rousse, in the north-east of Jurançon, that bucolic region of the Pyrenean foothills. It is a nugget of the region and this great wine is extremely rare. Any lover of exceptional wine must taste a Clos Joliette at least once in their life.
