Clos l'Église 1973 is a rare and singular red wine from the Pomerol appellation on Bordeaux's right bank. In this vintage, the region experienced rather difficult climatic conditions, resulting in wines that are often lighter, with less concentration, but offering more subtle and delicate notes as they age. This Pomerol is characterized by red fruit aromas evolving towards tertiary notes of undergrowth, leather and mild spices with age.
