The cultivation in lutte raisonnée is honoured in the Château in order to respect the vines as much as possible. Vinified in traditional temperature-controlled cement vats, the wines are then matured in 25% new French oak barrels for an average of 18 months before being bottled.
Although it is not the most renowned, the Château makes an effort to give birth to complex, seductive and powerful wines. Remarkable by its regularity from one vintage to the next.
In order to make the most of its terroir, the wine estate also produces a Second Wine, "le Moulinet-Lasserre".
