Clos Saint-Denis is a renowned wine appellation located in the Côte de Nuits, in the Burgundy wine region of France. It is classified as a Grand Cru, the highest level of Burgundy wine classification.

Clos Saint-Denis is located in the commune of Morey-Saint-Denis and covers an area of around 6 hectares. It is one of the 33 Grands Crus of Burgundy, considered to be the region's finest and most prestigious wines.

Wines produced in the Clos Saint-Denis appellation are exclusively red and are made from the Pinot Noir grape variety, which is emblematic of Burgundy. The Clos Saint-Denis terroir is composed of clay-limestone and marl soils, giving the wines their characteristic finesse and elegance.
