- Tasting : A beautiful Corsican red wine with a garnet color, clear and bright. Medium-light garnet red, clear, bright, very attractive. We find a typical nose of the Sciaccarellu monocépage, of the Altare parcel: floral notes (roses, violets); which goes on the fruity (wild cherries, raspberries, currants and peaches).
- In the mouth, we find a beautiful sweet juice, with a fruity acidity, with elegant tannins. Flavors of blond tobacco, vanilla and delicate spices. It is a mineral, bright and dynamic wine.
