Domaine Coche-Dury - AOC Meursault

This is where the most sought-after Burgundy white wine in the world is produced.  A winemaker who has a green thumb, Jean-François Coche-Dury, officially retired in 2010. His son, Raphaël, now manages the Domaine Coche-Dury and has been assisting him since 2003. The estate produces wines in the main Meursault appellation, but also in AOC Corton-Charlemagne, Puligny Montrachet, Volnay, Pommard, Monthélie, and Auxey-Duresses.

Corton-Charlemagne grand cru

The vines are leased. They are located in Le Charlemagne, just at the foot of the cross. They are in perfect health. This exceptional terroir, combined with the savoir-faire of the estate, has produced a legendary wine. In its youth, the wine shows a very strict structure, which will require years of cellaring before opening. The length on the palate is astonishing.

Meursault Rougeots

Difficult to find, this wine in its youth is typically adorned with a few hues of greenness, then develops superbly in a matter whose generosity in no way detracts its precision. They age with great ease.

Volnay 1er cru

This cuvée is of great purity, with a silky and refined wine.
