LEARN MORE ABOUT THE CUVÉE:
Château de Fonsalette is known for its traditional approach to viticulture and winemaking. The vines are cultivated using biodynamic methods, with great attention paid to soil health and sustainability. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with care to preserve the unique characteristics of the terroir.
Château de Fonsalette wine is mainly made from Grenache, with a small proportion of Syrah. It stands out for its aromatic complexity, with aromas of ripe red fruits, spices and garrigue. On the palate, it is elegant and balanced, with soft tannins and good length.
Château de Fonsalette is produced in limited quantities, which makes it a fairly rare wine and sought after by amateurs.
