Syrah. Partially destemmed harvest.
Limestone sands, red clay and rolled pebbles from villafranchian terraces.
Aged in vats. The blending of Vinsobres syrah with those from the villafranchian terraces of the Gard always produces a beautiful balance, flesh and finesse. You may discover the 2015 vintage with this bottle: an "oxblood" colour, depth, sap, beautiful round tannins... One can easily feel the intensity that inhabits the fruits of 2015, which is truly a superb vintage. The ripeness was accompanied by freshness and the Syrah enjoyed the warm July of 2015.
Tasting : Blackcurrant, camphor, truffle, rose, blueberry.
