La Turque 2011 - Guigal
Cote Rotie - Guigal
97/100 Parker
Cellaring : Drink now or cellar until 2046.
Tasted in 2016 by Jeb Dunnuck : " The 2011 Cote Rotie la Turque is about as seamless and sexy as a wine can get, and this cuvee continues to gain weight and richness with each passing year. Offering a monster nose of Asian spices, kirsch liqueur, black currants, pepper and smoked meat, this full-bodied Cote Rotie has layers of sweet tannins, no hard edges and a killer finish. It's already hard to resist today, but it still has three decades to drink."
