FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THIS CUVÉE :
- In brief: Domaine Les Bruyères' Saint-Joseph 350 M is a red wine produced in the Northern Rhône Valley wine region. It is a full-bodied, elegant red wine. It is made from Syrah, the main grape variety permitted in the Saint-Joseph appellation. The wines of this region are distinguished by their intense aromas of red and black fruits, spices, violets and black pepper. They often have a fine tannic structure, balanced acidity and a long finish.
- Tasting notes: Rich, concentrated aromas on the nose. On the palate, they are complex, with flavours of ripe fruit, spices and liquorice. The tannins are generally present but well integrated, offering a silky texture. These wines can benefit from some bottle ageing to develop further complexity.
- Serving temperature: The ideal serving temperature for a Domaine Les Bruyères Saint-Joseph wine is around 16 to 18 degrees Celsius. This will allow the wine to express itself fully, revealing all its aromas and structure.
